Internal Auditor Appointment
Mr. Vivek Agnihotri was appointed as the Internal Auditor for the company for the financial year 2026-2027. Mr. Agnihotri holds a Post Graduate degree in Commerce (Accountancy and Business Statistics) from MDSU, Ajmer, and possesses exposure in financial reporting, internal auditing, and inventory management.

The Board of Directors also took note of a notice received from BSE Limited regarding the levy of a fine for delayed submission of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The company approved its comments in response to this matter.

During the meeting, the Board noted that the delay in submitting the Audited Financial Results occurred due to delayed receipt of accounting information, which consequently held up the finalization of the financial statements. It was confirmed that the company submitted the required financial results on June 4, 2026, and paid the fine imposed by the stock exchanges. The Board directed management to strengthen its internal compliance monitoring mechanism to prevent recurrence of such incidents in the future.
