Ahmedabad, January 1, 2026: Adani Enterprises Limited (NSE: ADANIENT, BSE: 512599) has completed the acquisition of a 39 percent effective shareholding in Flight Simulation Technique Centre Private Limited, strengthening its presence in the fast-growing aviation services and pilot training segment.
The transaction was executed on December 30, 2025, through Adani Defence Systems and Technologies Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Adani Enterprises, along with Horizon Aero Solutions Limited, a subsidiary entity in which Adani Defence Systems and Technologies Limited holds a 50 percent stake.
