Adani Enterprises Acquires Remaining Stake in IANS India Private Limited
Adani Enterprises Ltd. announced on March 24, 2026, that AMG Media Networks Limited (AMNL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Adani Enterprises, has completed the acquisition of the remaining stake in IANS India Private Limited (IANS). The acquisition includes a 24% stake with voting rights and a 0.74% stake without voting rights, for a total cash consideration of Rs. 4.70 crore. As a result of this acquisition, IANS has become a wholly-owned step-down subsidiary of Adani Enterprises.The acquisition is described as being of strategic nature in the interest of AMNL and was conducted on an arm's length basis.
