The Acquirers successfully acquired a substantial shareholding and control over Grameva Ltd., bringing them into the role of Promoter Group.
Effective from July 10, 2026, the Acquirers have assumed operational control of Grameva Limited. Consequently, Genesis Trade-Links Private Limited, the existing promoter, will cease to exercise control over the company as a result of this transaction.
