Acme Solar Holdings Limited, formerly ACME Solar Holdings Private Limited, has reported its Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The results were reviewed by the company's Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors on July 29, 2026.

The company’s standalone financial performance showed a total income of Rs. 23,582.75 million for the quarter. Revenue from operations stood at Rs. 22,663.06 million, comprising Rs. 22,413.46 million from EPC Contracts and Rs. 249.38 million from O&M Services. Capital Structuring and Financing Activities​

The company utilized its capital infusion from a Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) to meet corporate objectives. The QIP involved the issuance of 178,890 equity shares with a face value of Rs. 2 each at Rs. 279.50 per share, resulting in proceeds of Rs. 27,629.04 million (net of issue expenses amounting to Rs. 370.96 million).

The utilization of the QIP proceeds focused on key objectives:
  • Repayment or pre-payment of outstanding borrowings: A net amount of Rs. 4,110.10 million was utilized out of a planned allocation of Rs. 21,000.00 million.
  • General Corporate Purpose: The company utilized Rs. 6,600.00 million out of the allocated Rs. 6,629.04 million.

In addition to the QIP, management executed activities related to employee incentives. During the quarter ended June 30, 2026, the company allotted 723,642 equity shares with a face value of Rs. 2 each to the Employee Welfare Trust under the ESOP Scheme 2025. The Trust subsequently transferred 54,433 shares to eligible employees during the quarter.
