The company addressed claims regarding significant damage to 13 BESS containers, describing such reports as incorrect.The company clarified that the situation involved a localized fire caused by an IGBT short circuit. This event affected only four power conversion systems (PCS). Acme Solar Holdings Limited confirmed that there was no damage to any of the BESS containers at the facility. The in-house fire safety teams managed to bring the incident under control promptly, following established safety protocols.
The financial impact of the event is considered non-material by the company. The total revenue loss is estimated to be approximately INR 20 Lakhs. Management stated that the restoration of damaged equipment is currently underway using available spares and is expected to be completed within one week.
