Abate AS Industries Ltd. Launches Kerala’s First Alcon Vision Suite (AVS)
Calicut, Kerala, March 24, 2026 – Abate AS Industries Ltd., through its healthcare subsidiary Abate Eye Hospital, a business division of Prudential Management Services Limited, announced the launch of the Alcon Vision Suite (AVS), an advanced digital ecosystem for ophthalmic care. This marks the first installation of the AVS in Kerala.The AVS is designed to integrate all stages of the ophthalmic surgical journey, from diagnostics and surgical planning to operating room visualization and postoperative care. Key components include the NGENUITY® 1.5 3D Visualization System and the ADi digital surgical planning platform.
According to a company spokesperson, the introduction of the AVS represents a technological leap for the region, enabling more accurate, efficient, and patient-focused care in cataract and glaucoma surgeries.
