Zydus Wellness Limited reported robust financial results for the fourth quarter and the full fiscal year (FY) 2026, with consolidated Net Sales rising by 62.1% in Q4. The company also announced annual Net Sales of Rs. 39,400 million for FY 26, marking a year-on-year growth of 46.4%.

For the period, the company's EBITDA stood at Rs 5,097 million, representing a 34.2% year-on-year growth. Profit After Tax (PAT) for FY 26 was reported at Rs. 1,972 million.

The strong performance was attributed to the post-acquisition performance of newly added businesses.

Health and Nutrition:
  • Sugar Free: The brand maintained its leadership position in the sugar substitute category with a market share of 96.1%*. The portfolio expanded with the addition of a new variant, Sugar Free D'lite Choco Spread, domestically. Furthermore, Sugar Free Green achieved double-digit growth for the 20th consecutive quarter.
  • RiteBite -Max Protein: This business continued to outperform, enhancing its market leadership in protein snacking. The segment improved EBITDA from breakeven at the time of acquisition a year prior to achieving near double-digit margins. New product launches included Max Protein Ultimate Protein Boost (Ready-to-Drink), Max Protein Roots Ghee Jaggery Bar, and Korean-flavoured Chips across multiple flavours.
  • Glucon-D: The brand upheld its market leadership, holding a 58.9%* market share. Glucon-D expanded into the performance hydration category by launching 'Glucon-D Recharge' in Liquid and Sachet formats, targeting active and health-conscious consumers across three flavours.
  • Nutralite: The brand achieved double-digit growth, supported by a strong six-year CAGR, while maintaining leadership in the fat spread category.
  • Complan: The brand retained its fourth rank, securing a 4%* market share. During the quarter, the company began direct supply of Complan NutriGro under the kids' segment.

Wellness and Skincare:
  • Everyuth: The brand maintained strong visibility, leading in scrubs with a 48.6%* share and peel-off masks with a 75.5%* share. Everyuth posted strong double-digit growth in FY26, driven by innovation, distribution expansion, and an enhanced consumer experience, with the Q4 launch of a tan removal face wash further bolstering its profile.
  • Nycil: The product category for prickly heat powder maintained its number one position with a market share of 33.2%*.
  • Comfort Click: The portfolio was expanded with 11 product launches across Weightworld and Animigo, strengthening its presence in high-growth markets. Additionally, WeightWorld and Maxmedix expanded their channel presence in the UAE market through a leading e-commerce platform during the quarter.
