The investment was made following a preferential issue on a private placement basis by Unobanc Private Limited.In connection with the said investment, Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited acquired equity in Unobanc Private Limited. Unobanc Private Limited allotted 62,188 Equity shares to the company. These shares were issued at a face value of Rs 10/- each.
As a result of this investment, Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited now holds a 19.9% equity stake in Unobanc Private Limited.
