Three MoUs Signed with Universal Success Group on Day One of Singapore Visit​

Singapore/Lucknow, February 23: On the first day of his Singapore visit, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath secured three Memoranda of Understanding worth ₹6,650 crore with Universal Success Group, marking a significant push toward infrastructure expansion and employment generation in the state.

According to officials, the proposed investments span group housing, a logistics park, and a hyperscale data centre. Together, these projects are expected to create more than 20,000 jobs while strengthening Uttar Pradesh’s industrial base and urban infrastructure.

Focus on Policy Stability and Industrial Growth​

During his interactions with investors, the Chief Minister outlined the state’s policy stability, improving connectivity, and the rapid growth of its industrial ecosystem. He also invited the group to visit Lucknow to explore further opportunities, particularly in setting up data centre facilities, and assured full government support at all levels.

Officials described the agreements as a major step toward accelerating economic growth, expanding urban development, and generating large-scale employment opportunities in the state.

₹3,500 Crore Township Near Jewar International Airport​

Under the first MoU, an international theme-based township will be developed across 100 acres near the Jewar International Airport within the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority area.

The project involves an investment of ₹3,500 crore and is expected to generate around 12,000 jobs. Scheduled for launch in 2027, the township aims to enhance the rapidly developing urban landscape around the airport region.

₹650 Crore Logistics Park Along Kanpur-Lucknow Highway​

The second MoU provides for the development of a logistics park spread over 50 acres along the Kanpur-Lucknow Highway.

With an investment of ₹650 crore, the project is projected to create approximately 7,500 jobs. It is also planned for launch in 2027. Officials said the logistics park will play a crucial role in strengthening industrial operations and boosting export activity in Uttar Pradesh.

₹2,500 Crore Hyperscale Data Centre in Noida Region​

The third MoU outlines plans to establish a 40 MW IT power capacity hyperscale data centre park across 10 acres in the Noida or Greater Noida region.

This project carries an investment of ₹2,500 crore and is expected to create around 1,500 jobs. Targeted for launch in 2028, the data centre park is expected to strengthen Uttar Pradesh’s position among leading data centre hubs in India.

With cumulative investments of ₹6,650 crore across housing, logistics, and digital infrastructure, the agreements signed in Singapore underline the state’s strategy to attract global capital and drive long-term industrial expansion.
