Yes Bank Limited announced it has received a total of INR 210 crore from two separate trusts related to the Security Receipts Portfolio associated with a loan portfolio sold to J. C. Flower Asset Reconstruction Private Limited ('JC Flower ARC'). The receipts totaled INR 110 crore and INR 100 crore, respectively.The transaction relates to the sale of a Non-Performing Asset (NPA) portfolio to JC Flower ARC, which occurred on December 17, 2022. Yes Bank disclosed the receipts due to the materiality threshold outlined in the amended Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
