Yamini Investments Company Ltd. has announced the closure of its trading window for securities, effective Wednesday, April 15, 2026. This action is in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the Board of Directors declares the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026.
