Wipro Limited Releases Auditor Reports for Quarter Ended June 30, 2026​

Wipro Limited has released the auditor reports regarding its financial statements for the three-month period ended June 30, 2026. The reports, issued by Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP, provide an independent audit of both the Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the company.

The auditors have stated that the standalone financial results are presented in accordance with the requirements of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended. According to the report, the statements provide a true and fair view of the net profit, other comprehensive income, and other financial information for the period ended June 30, 2026, in conformity with Indian Accounting Standard (Ind AS) 34 "Interim Financial Reporting."

The report notes that these results were prepared in accordance with International Accounting Standard (IAS) 34 "Interim Financial Reporting" as issued by the International Accounting Standards Board (IASB).

Auditor Responsibilities​

In conducting both the standalone and consolidated audits, the auditors were responsible for:
  • Identifying and assessing risks of material misstatement due to fraud or error.
  • Obtaining an understanding of internal financial controls relevant to the audit.
  • Evaluating the appropriateness of accounting policies and the reasonableness of accounting estimates made by the Board of Directors and Management.
  • Concluding on the appropriateness of the going concern basis of accounting.
  • Evaluating the overall presentation, structure, and content of the financial results to ensure they represent underlying transactions and events in a manner that achieves fair presentation.
