The strategic move significantly bolsters Wipro's capabilities in the global food and agri-business sector.The acquisition, which was originally announced on April 6, 2026, is part of a broader eight-year strategic transformation deal with Olam Group. Olam Group is a leading food and agri-business entity headquartered in Singapore, which reports combined revenues inclusive of discontinuing operations for FY2025 of over US$ 50 billion and employs nearly 40,000 people, with majority ownership held by Temasek Holdings.
This strategic engagement allows Wipro to expand its farm-to-fork capabilities, enhancing the deployment of Wipro Intelligence™ across the entire food and agri-business supply chain. The combination of Mindsprint's deep domain expertise and Intellectual Property (IP)-led solutions with Wipro’s consulting-led and AI-powered capabilities aims to unlock growth opportunities, accelerate innovation, and drive market-ready transformation for both Olam Group and Wipro’s global clientele.
