
Jamnagar, Jan 1, 2025: Winsol Engineers Limited (NSE: WINSOL) has secured new service and supply orders with a combined value of approximately Rs 35.60 crore, strengthening its order book and presence in the power transmission segment.
Order Details and Scope
The company has received two separate letters of award comprising one service order valued at about Rs 12.43 crore and one supply order valued at about Rs 23.17 crore. The aggregate order value stands at Rs 35.60 crore, exclusive of GST.The orders pertain to the supply of materials and associated services for the establishment of a 400 kV transmission line project, spanning approximately 12.58 kilometres. The project is intended for the evacuation of power from the Raigarh Thermal Power Plant located in Chhattisgarh.
Execution Timeline and Commercial Terms
All supplies and services under the scope of work are scheduled to be completed and commissioned in all respects by October 31, 2026. Payments for the project will be made in tranches, as specified in the respective letters of award.The contracts have been awarded by a domestic entity, with no promoter or group interest involved. The transaction does not fall under related party arrangements.
