Whirlpool of India Announces Changes in Senior Management Personnel​

Whirlpool of India Ltd. has announced changes within its senior management team, effective July 27, 2026. The updates include key personnel movements and appointments regarding financial planning and commercial finance roles within the company.

The Board of Directors approved these changes, which involve Mr. Abhish Jain taking on a new leadership role, while Ms. Charu Aggarwal transitions into a specialized function. Both individuals will continue to report to Mr. Aditya Jain, Executive Director and CFO of Whirlpool of India Limited.

Mr. Abhish Jain has been appointed as the Head of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A). He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and possesses approximately 12 years of experience across various finance functions, including commercial finance, manufacturing finance, and financial planning and analysis, both domestically and internationally.

Mr. Jain joined Whirlpool in 2014 and brings expertise in forecasting automation, cash flow management, predictive modeling, and FP&A governance. Prior to joining Whirlpool of India Limited, Mr. Jain worked with Whirlpool Corporation, US.

Ms. Charu Aggarwal will move into the role of Head of Commercial Finance, having previously held the position of Head of Financial Planning and Analysis.
