
WeWork India Secures Managed Office Contract with TMUS India Private Limited
WeWork India Management Limited announced on March 19, 2026, that it has entered into a Membership Agreement for a Managed Office with TMUS India Private Limited. This agreement is linked to previously disclosed plans for capacity addition in Hyderabad.The contract involves providing a dedicated workspace for TMUS India Private Limited across five floors at Phoenix H10, Hyderabad. The workspace aggregates to approximately 250,348 square feet and includes 1,507 workstations. The agreement has a tenure of 60 months, with a 42-month committed term from the client.
The total consideration for the contract is ₹475.49 crore, excluding applicable taxes. The works under the contract are expected to be completed on or before May 21, 2026, at which point TMUS India Private Limited is expected to commence operations.
The arrangement is anticipated to strengthen WeWork’s presence in the Hyderabad region. Neither the entity awarding the contract nor any related parties have any interest in WeWork India Management Limited.
