WeWork India Announces Additional Capacity Addition in Pune
Bangalore, India – March 24, 2026 – WeWork India Management Limited has entered into a Leave and License Agreement for an additional 41,621 square feet in Pune, expanding its operational capacity. This development follows a previous announcement dated February 24, 2026, regarding capacity additions in Pune.The agreement will result in the addition of approximately 575 desks, bringing the company’s total desk capacity to 121,638. As of December 31, 2025, WeWork India’s existing capacity utilization stood at 83.90%.
The company estimates the investment required for this expansion to be approximately ₹ 9 Crore, to be funded through internal accruals and debt. The anticipated completion date for the project is tentatively set for November 2026.
The expansion is intended to meet growing demand and aligns with WeWork India’s business growth strategy.
