Western Ministil Limited Appoints Additional Director and Schedules Extraordinary General Meeting
Mumbai – March 20, 2026 – Western Ministil Ltd. announced the appointment of Mrs. Hiralben Mehulsingh Gohil as an Additional Director to the company's board, effective March 20, 2026. Mrs. Gohil will serve as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval. She holds a Master of Business Administration with a Finance specialization and currently serves as a Project Head at Disha Infra.The company's board also approved the notice for an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) scheduled for April 15, 2026, at 3:00 P.M. via video conferencing. Shareholders will vote on the appointment of the director and other proposed agenda items. M/s. Somani & Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries, have been appointed as scrutinisers for the EGM's e-voting process.
Following the new appointment, the company has also reconstituted its Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Stakeholder Relationship Committee, effective March 20, 2026.
