Welspun Corp Limited has completed the acquisition of a 45% stake in Welspun Corporate Services Limited (formerly known as Welspun Home Textiles Limited). The acquisition, finalized on March 25, 2026, involved the purchase of 4,500 equity shares, each with a face value of Rs. 10, for a total consideration of Rs. 45,000.

As a result of this acquisition, Welspun Corporate Services Limited has become an associate of Welspun Corp Limited. The move follows a prior disclosure made on March 19, 2026, regarding the intended acquisition.
