Wallfort Financial Services Ltd. Announces Trading Window Closure
Wallfort Financial Services Ltd. announced the closure of its trading window for designated individuals, effective April 1, 2026. This action is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company’s code of conduct for regulated trading.The trading window closure is intended to prevent insider trading while the company considers its audited financial results for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2026.
The trading window is expected to reopen 48 hours after the audited financial results become publicly available.
