Mr. Chimanlal Tribhovandas Doshi, a member of the Promoter Group, transferred 90,000 equity shares to SMJV, representing 0.031% of the company’s total paid-up equity share capital.The transfer is intended to support charitable initiatives and educational purposes. This action follows a previous communication on October 6, 2025, regarding the Promoter Family's intention to donate 1% of the company's equity share capital for charitable causes.
