Visaka Industries Appoints Tota Purushottam as President (Gypsum Boards - Operations)
Visaka Industries Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Tota Purushottam as President (Gypsum Boards - Operations), designating him as a Senior Management Personnel (SMP), effective April 09, 2026. The decision was made by the Nomination & Remuneration Committee and approved by the Board of Directors at a meeting held on April 3, 2026, which concluded at 12:30 P.M. (IST).Mr. Purushottam brings extensive experience in the gypsum boards industry, specializing in project execution and process management. He holds a Diploma in Electronics & Communications, a post graduate diploma in instrumentation, a BCA from Madras University, and a Gypsum Technology Training certificate from British Plaster Board. His experience spans over 22 years in gypsum and fiber cement board manufacturing, including international roles in the GCC countries of Kuwait, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Oman.
According to information provided in Annexure A, Mr. Purushottam is not related to any promoters, directors, or Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the company
