Virtual Global Education Ltd. Announces Trading Window Closure
Virtual Global Education Ltd. has announced the closure of its trading window, effective Wednesday, April 1, 2026. The closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company’s internal code of conduct for trading in securities.The trading window will remain closed for directors, promoters, officers, designated employees, and their immediate relatives until 48 hours after the public announcement of the company’s audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026.
The trading window is expected to reopen 48 hours following the release of the audited financial results to the stock exchanges. The date of the board meeting to approve the results will be communicated separately.
