Virinchi Limited Reports Audited Q4 and FY26 Financial Results

Virinchi Limited today announced its audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the fourth quarter and the full year ended March 31, 2026.

Financially, the Group reported key figures for the period. Standalone Q4FY26 revenue stood at Rs. 44.45 Cr, with a negative Profit After Tax (PAT) of Rs. 8.10 Cr. For the full fiscal year (FY26), standalone revenue reached Rs. 183.38 crore, generating a PAT of Rs. 13.98 crore. On a consolidated basis, the Group reported revenue of Rs. 67.31 Cr and a negative PAT of Rs. 15.69 Cr in Q4FY26. For FY26, consolidated revenue stood at Rs. 286.13 crore, resulting in a negative PAT of Rs. 27.39 crore.

The profitability figures for Q4 and FY26 reflect a one-time, fully-provided write-off of Rs. 8.43 crore on the QC Holdings receivable. Excluding this impact, the underlying operating performance was noted as robust across the core business segments.

Segment Performance Analysis

SaaS Business
The SaaS business component demonstrated continued growth, reporting revenue of Rs. 36.94 Cr in Q4FY26, up from Rs. 34.63 Cr in Q4FY25. For the full year, SaaS revenue grew 15.42% year-over-year (YoY) to Rs. 153.94 crore, compared with Rs. 133.37 crore in FY25.

While the underlying performance remained strong, the EBIT for Q4FY26 was adversely impacted by the one-time write-off of bad debts, leading to an EBIT loss of Rs. 10.63 Cr. However, EBIT for the full year 2025-26 stood at Rs. 13.18 crore, showing resilience despite the bad debt write-off. The revenue growth was supported by stable recurring revenue streams from newly acquired clients, Check 'n Go and MoneyTree Inc.

IDC & IT Services Business
The IDC & IT Services segment generated Rs. 10.86 Cr in revenue in Q4FY26, compared to Rs. 6.09 Cr in Q4FY25. For the full year, revenue was Rs. 40.37 crore, a decline of 29.55% YoY from Rs. 57.30 crore in FY25.

The IT Services segment's revenue mix shifted toward offshore delivery, a transition undertaken in response to the U.S. visa environment and stricter visa regimes. While this shift materially impacted profitability and led to a decrease in EBIT from Rs. 18.59 crore in FY25 to a loss of Rs. 2.37 crore in FY26, the company stated that the move was a deliberate, margin-protecting transition and not a loss of underlying business.

Healthcare Business
The Healthcare business reported revenue of Rs. 14.49 Cr in Q4FY26, a decline of 44.42% from Rs. 26.07 Cr in Q4FY25. Full-year revenue for 2025-26 was Rs. 79.99 crore, marking a 23.20% YoY decline from Rs. 104.15 crore in FY25.

Despite the revenue decline, operational profitability showed improvement. The segment reported an EBIT loss of Rs. 0.60 Cr in Q4FY26 compared to an EBIT loss of Rs. 0.45 Cr in Q4FY25. For the full year, EBIT improved to Rs. 0.15 crore, up from an EBIT loss of Rs. 0.88 crore in FY25. This improvement in the EBIT margin to 0.18% (from -0.84% in FY25) was noted, along with the promoter acquiring a 49% stake in Virinchi Health Care Private Limited in March 2026, changing the entity’s status to a significant subsidiary.
