Veedol Corporation Limited has announced a change in leadership responsibilities, effective April 1, 2026. Abhijit Tikekar, currently serving as Company Secretary & Head - Legal, has been additionally appointed as the CSR Head.His new designation is Company Secretary and Head - Legal & CSR. Tikekar remains a Key Managerial Personnel of the company. The change is being implemented as a measure of good governance.
