Vedant Fashions Ltd. Announces Trading Window Closure
Vedant Fashions Limited announced that its trading window will be closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives starting Thursday, March 26, 2026. The closure will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s financial results for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2026.The company is implementing a framework established by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) that includes freezing the Permanent Account Number (PAN) at the security level during the trading window closure period. While the PAN freezing for designated persons and their immediate relatives will be effective from April 1, 2026, the trading window remains closed from March 26, 2026.
