Varvee Global Limited Posts Q1 FY2026 Results; Appoints New Company Secretary and Compliance Officer​

Varvee Global Limited, formerly known as Aarvee Denims and Exports Limited, has announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company's Board of Directors approved these results following a board meeting held on August 12, 2026. The management also confirmed the appointment of Ms. Pooja Hemang Khakhi as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.

The unaudited financial statements were reviewed by M/s Pankaj R Shah & Associates, Chartered Accountants, who issued a Limited Review Report in accordance with the standard for review of interim financial information.

The Board of Directors considered and approved the appointment of Ms. Pooja Hemang Khakhi (Membership No. A-36184) as a Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. She has been appointed with effect from August 12, 2026.

Ms. Khakhi is described as a qualified Company Secretary and Law Graduate who possesses over 10 years of experience in Corporate Secretarial, Legal, and Compliance functions. Her expertise includes various compliances such as SEBI (LODR) and Companies Act compliances, board and committee management, and corporate governance. Ms. Khakhi is not related to any Directors or Key Managerial Personnel of the Company.

The Board also reviewed and approved changes in Key Managerial Personnel (KMP), who are responsible for determining the materiality of events and making disclosures to the Stock Exchange(s). The current KMPs listed include:

Operational Focus​

The management notes indicate that the company is currently engaged in job work, trading of goods, and leasing arrangements, and does not have production of finished goods during this quarter.

Regarding financial standing, the management confirmed that the company continues to recognize a balance of MAT credit aggregating to approximately Rs. 6.01 Crores recognized up to June 30, 2026. Furthermore, the Net Asset block of Non-current Assets Held for Sale aggregated Rs. 1442.03 Lakhs as on March 31, 2026, and assets amounting to a Net Block of Rs. 33.16 Lakhs were reduced from this block during the quarter ending June 30, 2026.
