Valor Estate Updates Project Status for Goa International Convention Centre​

Valor Estate Limited, formerly D B Realty Limited, has provided an update on its massive project development in Goa, confirming the deposit of a performance bank guarantee and the execution of the Concession Agreement. The venture involves developing an International Convention Centre, a Convention Hotel, and associated downstream facilities at Dona Paula, Goa.

The project is being undertaken through Blue Crest Properties Private Limited, which serves as the Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Valor Estate Limited.

As part of the project's progression, the SPV deposited a Performance Bank Guarantee amounting to ₹57,90,00,000 with the Authority, in compliance with the terms set forth by the Letter of Award.

The culmination of this update involved the execution of the Concession Agreement. On July 28, 2026, the SPV executed this agreement with the Director of the Department of Public Private Partnership, Government of Goa, for the development of the project.

With the formal signing of the Concession Agreement, the detailed terms and obligations between the parties have been established. The governing documents include the Concession Agreement read in conjunction with the original Letter of Award. The project is noted as material and expected to generate significant long-term value for the Company and its shareholders.
