Vaidya Sane Ayurved Laboratories Limited Announces Trading Window Closure for Insiders
Vaidya Sane Ayurved Laboratories Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will be closed for directors, officers, designated persons, and their immediate relatives. This closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and a circular from the NSE dated April 02, 2019.The trading window will remain closed from Wednesday, April 01, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The date of the board meeting to approve these financial results will be announced subsequently. Dr. Rohit Sane, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, made the announcement.
