
V-Mart Retail Reports 24% Revenue Growth in Q4 FY26
V-Mart Retail Ltd. announced a business update for the quarter ended March 31, 2026, revealing a substantial increase in revenue and a record year for store additions.Total revenue from operations for the quarter reached Rs. 971 Crores, reflecting a year-on-year growth of 24% compared to Rs. 780 Crores in the same quarter of the previous year. Same-store sales growth (SSSG) for the quarter was 12%, with V-Mart stores experiencing 12% growth and Unlimited stores at 9%. The revenue figures are provisional and subject to review by the company's statutory auditors.
During the quarter, V-Mart Retail opened 29 new stores and closed 6, resulting in a total operating portfolio of 577 stores as of March 31, 2026. This fiscal year marks the highest ever store additions for the company, with a net increase of 80 stores (92 additions and 12 closures).
The new stores include eleven in Uttar Pradesh, four in Tamil Nadu, three each in Bihar and West Bengal, two each in Jharkhand, Jammu and Kashmir, Rajasthan, and one each in Chhattisgarh and Uttarakhand.
