Utkarsh Small Finance Bank Limited Receives Approval for Amalgamation Scheme​

Utkarsh Small Finance Bank Limited announced that its unsecured creditors have approved the scheme of amalgamation between Utkarsh CoreInvest Limited and Utkarsh Small Finance Bank Limited. The approval followed a meeting of unsecured creditors convened by the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Allahabad Bench, Prayagraj, held on March 28, 2026.
