UPL Ltd Announces Annual General Meeting and Sets Record Date for Final Dividend Payout
UPL Limited has announced the schedule for its 42nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) and set the record date for determining entitlement to a final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.The company’s AGM is scheduled to take place on Thursday, August 6, 2026, at 01:30 p.m. (IST). The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing or other Audio-Visual Means.
In a previous announcement, the Board of Directors had recommended a final dividend of 300%, equating to Rs. 6/- per equity share, against the face value of the equity shares being Rs. 2/- each. This dividend is subject to approval by members at the upcoming AGM.
To determine the entitlement of Members to this final dividend for the financial year ending March 31, 2026, UPL Limited has fixed Friday, July 17, 2026, as the Record Date.
The company will send out the Annual Report for FY 2025-26, which includes the Notice of the AGM, audited standalone and consolidated financial statements, Directors' Report, and Auditors' Report, to all registered members. A separate letter containing a weblink of the Annual Report for FY 2025-26 will be sent to shareholders whose email addresses are not yet registered with the company.
