
Unsecured Creditors Approve Composite Scheme of Arrangement for Laurus Labs Ltd Subsidiaries
Laurus Labs Ltd confirmed that the meetings of unsecured creditors for both the Transferor Company, Laurus Synthesis Private Limited, and the Resulting Company, Sriam Labs Private Limited, were successfully conducted on April 06, 2026. These meetings were held to facilitate the Composite Scheme of Arrangement.The meetings were convened following directions received from the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Amravati Special Branch (NCLT).
Laurus Labs Ltd stated that the meetings were duly held in compliance with the directions of the Hon'ble NCLT and applicable provisions of law. Furthermore, the company noted that the requisite quorum was present at both creditor meetings, which were conducted in a fair and transparent manner.
