
Uno Minda Subsidiary Receives Order Regarding ITC Claim
Uno Minda Limited announced that its subsidiary, Uno Mindarika Private Limited (MRPL), received an order from the Office of the Dy. Excise & Taxation Commissioner, Gurugram, on March 30, 2026. The order concerns an excess Input Tax Credit (ITC) claimed in GSTR-3B compared to GSTR-2A for the tax period 2019-20.MRPL has been directed to pay a tax amount of Rs. 19,77,760. The company intends to appeal the order. Uno Minda Limited does not anticipate a material impact on the financial or operational activities of the group as a result of this matter.
