Security and Default Provisions​

The security for the debentures is robust. The NCDs are secured by a first ranking exclusive and continuing charge created over certain identified book debts or receivables of the company, referred to as Hypothecated Assets. Additionally, other security interests may be agreed upon between the company and the holders of the Debentures.

The value of the Hypothecated Assets must maintain at least 1.15 times the outstanding amounts throughout the tenure of the debentures.

In the event of a payment default concerning interest or principal, an additional interest rate of 4% per annum over the set Interest Rate will be payable on the outstanding principal amounts. The company confirmed that the debentures shall be redeemed on a pari passu basis by making the full principal payment on the Final Redemption Date.
