The recall pertains to Buspirone Hydrochloride Tablets, USP Strength: 5 mg, which are packaged in 500 count bottles.The decision for the recall was based on an Out-of-specification (OOS) assay result identified at the 12-month long-term stability time point.
The company stated that as of the date of the announcement, it has not received any reports of adverse events related to this product recall.
