Unichem Laboratories Announces Trading Window Closure
Mumbai – March 24, 2026 – Unichem Laboratories Ltd. announced a trading window closure for designated individuals, directors, insiders, and their immediate relatives, effective Wednesday, April 1, 2026.This action is in accordance with the company’s code of conduct related to insider trading, as stipulated by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) Regulations. The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the public release of the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026.
The announcement was made to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) under BSE Scrip Code 506690 and to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) under NSE Symbol UNICHEMLAB.
