Tunwal E-Motors Limited announced that Ms. Niharika Choudhary, Whole Time Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, has resigned from her position, effective March 27, 2026. Ms. Choudhary’s departure is to pursue other career opportunities.The company expressed gratitude for Ms. Choudhary's service and wished her success in future endeavors. Her tenure with the company began on January 1, 2025.
According to a resignation letter, Ms. Choudhary confirmed that there are no material reasons for her resignation beyond the pursuit of new career opportunities.
Riya Lunkad, Chief Financial Officer, confirmed the resignation.
