Triton Valves Ltd. Secures 7-Year Contract with Aumovio​

Triton Valves Limited announced it has signed a contract with Aumovio Germany GmbH, a German-based automotive technology company, for the supply of TPMS valves. The agreement, which includes a Project Agreement signed March 23, 2025, is planned to be executed from the third quarter of fiscal year 2027-28.

Aumovio, spun-off from Continental AG in 2025, will require Triton Valves to supply 4.7 crore valves between calendar years 2027 and 2031. The initial five-year period is projected to generate approximately INR 112 crore in revenue. The parties anticipate potential volume increases due to international commodity prices and market conditions.

The contract is expected to improve the company's profitability and cash flow, demonstrating the product's adherence to international standards.
