Tomorrow Technologies Global Innovations Ltd Approves Change in Registrar and Share Transfer Agent
Tomorrow Technologies Global Innovations Ltd, formerly known as CNI Research Limited, conducted a Board of Directors meeting on Tuesday, April 7, 2026. The meeting was held at the Company’s registered office located at A/120 Gokul Arcade, Sahar Road, Vile Parle East, Mumbai 400057.During the meeting, the Board of Directors considered and approved key corporate changes concerning the company's registry services.
The Board resolved to terminate the contract of MUFG Intime Private Limited, which served as the existing Registrar and Share Transfer Agent. This termination was effective from April 7, 2026.
Furthermore, the Board approved the appointment of Purva Sharegistry Private Limited, bearing SEBI Registration No. INR000001112, as the new Registrar and Share Transfer Agent for the Company. This appointment is also effective from April 7, 2026, pending the execution of necessary agreements and completion of all statutory and regulatory formalities.
Kishor Ostwal, Managing Director of the Company, received authority from the Board to execute the agreement with the new Registrar and Share Transfer Agent. He is also authorized to sign and submit applications, letters, intimations, and other documents with the stock exchange(s), SEBI, depositories, the existing Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, and any other relevant authority. Additionally, Mr. Ostwal was authorized to obtain the No Objection Certificate from the outgoing Registrar and Share Transfer Agent and take all necessary actions to implement this resolution.
The Board meeting commenced at 2:30 p.m. and concluded at 4:30 p.m.
