Operational and Financial Highlights

In Q1 FY27, revenue from operations stood at ₹79.27 crore, a decrease compared to the ₹89.74 crore recorded in Q1 FY26. India contributed approximately 87% of the consolidated operational revenue, while UAE operations accounted for approximately 13%.

EBITDA for the quarter was reported at ₹8.91 crore, down from ₹13.44 crore in Q1 FY26. The company noted that margins were impacted by a dynamic operating environment, movements in raw-material costs, and global supply-chain dynamics. Profit after Tax (PAT) stood at ₹6.19 crore for Q1 FY27, resulting in a PAT margin of 7.81%.

The UAE operations faced near-term headwinds due to the ongoing conflict and its effect on logistics activity and trade flows. However, the resilient performance of the domestic business and the focus on operational efficiencies helped mitigate the overall impact on results.

During the quarter, Tolins Tyres generated consolidated revenue from operations of ₹79.27 crore, with Profit Before Tax at ₹7.88 crore and Profit After Tax at ₹6.19 crore. The contribution breakdown was ₹69.28 crore from India operations and ₹9.99 crore from UAE operations.

Strategic Focus on Sustainability

Alongside the core tyre business, which includes two and three-wheeler tyres, Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV) tyres, and Agriculture tyres, Tolins Tyres is strengthening its commitment to sustainability. The company has initiatives through Terra Rubber aimed at creating opportunities within the circular rubber ecosystem. The planned expansion of this Terra Rubber business will provide an additional platform for long-term growth and strengthen capabilities in this space.

Commenting on the results, Dr. KV Tolin, Promoter, Chairman and Managing Director, noted that Q1 FY27 was marked by a dynamic operating environment for the tyre industry, influenced by evolving demand conditions, raw material cost movements, and global supply-chain dynamics. Despite these near-term challenges, he remained positive on the underlying fundamentals of the tyre sector, supported by India's growing vehicle population, infrastructure development, and increasing mobility requirements.
