Titan Company Appoints Ruma Kishore as Chief Digital & Information Officer
Titan Company Ltd. announced the appointment of Ms. Ruma Kishore as the new Chief Digital & Information Officer (CDIO), effective July 1, 2026. The current CDIO, Mr. Krishnan Venkateswaran, will superannuate from his position on the same date.Ms. Ruma Kishore brings over 28 years of international experience in integrating business strategy and technology for global organizations. She has a track record of successful digital transformations, operational optimizations, and delivering measurable outcomes, and has been recognized as India's top woman IT leader by the Economic Times and Indian Express. She is also the first female recipient of IIM Mumbai's Distinguished Alumna award and currently serves on their Board of Governors. Ms. Kishore also provides mentorship at the Indian School of Business and contributes her expertise to the All-India Council for Technical Education committee.
The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors, based on the recommendation of the Board Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
