Time Technoplast Ltd. Completes Key Expansion Projects in Q4 FY26

Time Technoplast Ltd. announced the successful completion of several greenfield and brownfield expansion projects during the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2026 in India. The company reported that trial production has commenced at these facilities, aligning with previously stated timelines.

Greenfield Project for Composite Products Manufacturing
A new greenfield project for manufacturing composite products for the gas distribution and automotive sectors, including CNG and hydrogen standalone cylinders and cascades, has been commissioned in Morai, near Vapi, Gujarat. Phase I includes 600 cascades with a capacity of 36,000 cylinders. Phase II will consolidate an existing 480 cascade capacity (30,000 cylinders) from the Daman facility, bringing the total capacity to 1,080 cascades (66,000 cylinders). The expansion is expected to yield cost savings, improve manpower availability, boost capacity utilization, and free up space at the Daman facility for future product expansion.

Greenfield Recycling Plant – Time Ecotec Pvt. Ltd.
Time Technoplast’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Time Ecotec Pvt. Ltd., has established a greenfield recycling plant in Bhilad, near Vapi, Gujarat. The plant has an annual capacity of 12,000 metric tonnes for captive consumption and will serve the western region of India. This marks the first of three planned recycling plants across India and supports the company’s post-consumer recycled (PCR) compliance strategy. The facility strengthens backward integration, secures recycled material for captive use, supports regulatory compliance, and enables margin expansion and long-term cost efficiency.

Brownfield Automated Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBC) Facility
The company completed a brownfield expansion at its Silvassa facility for manufacturing Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBCs). The facility now boasts an installed annual capacity of 150,000 IBCs. Phase II work has commenced and is expected to be completed by the end of fiscal year 2026-27, increasing capacity to 300,000 IBCs annually. The expansion enhances manufacturing capacity and strengthens the company's presence in the industrial packaging segment.

Brownfield Consolidation of PE Pipes
A brownfield expansion at the Gummidipoondi facility near Chennai, Tamil Nadu, has been completed to enhance manufacturing efficiency and address space constraints. A new shed has been developed to house pipe manufacturing, while the existing shed will focus on packaging products, allowing for future expansion. The move improves operational segregation, enhances throughput, optimizes space utilization, and reduces administrative costs.

Time Technoplast Ltd.'s Managing Director, Bharat Kumar Vageria, stated that the timely execution of these projects demonstrates the company’s commitment to strengthening stakeholder confidence and driving sustainable growth.
