
TIME and Reliance Announce Inaugural TIME100 Next India Gala
TIME magazine, in partnership with Reliance Industries Limited, announced the launch of TIME100 Next India. The new edition of the TIME100 Next franchise aims to recognize 100 emerging Indian leaders who are shaping the future across various sectors.The announcement was made during the annual TIME100 Gala in New York City on April 23, 2026, by TIME Chief Executive Officer Jessica Sibley and Reliance Foundation Founder and Chairperson Nita Mukesh Ambani.
The TIME100 Next India list will be curated by TIME editors to identify 100 emerging leaders from India and the diaspora. These leaders are noted for their vision and contributions across sectors including arts, science, business, sports, and advocacy. The list will be published online, followed by a celebration at the TIME100 Next India Gala, which is scheduled for December 2026 at the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre in Mumbai.
TIME CEO Jessica Sibley stated, "TIME100 Next India reflects our ongoing commitment to recognizing and convening the next generation of leaders who are driving progress across industries and around the world. We are grateful to Reliance for their partnership in making this a reality."

The launch represents the first-ever international iteration of the TIME100 Next franchise, following TIME convening TIME100 Impact Awards events internationally since 2021.
