• The Acquirer previously made an open offer during the financial year 2025-26. However, the present acquisition is independent and remains within the permissible limit of 5% under Regulation 3(2) of the SAST Regulations, thus not triggering any further open offer obligation.
• It was confirmed that the Acquirer has not undertaken any acquisition after the mentioned open offer, apart from the current acquisition disclosed under Regulation 10(5).
• The present acquisition represents 3.14% of the share capital, which falls within the specified limit and consequently does not necessitate an open offer obligation or the utilization of an exemption under Regulation 10 of the SAST Regulations.

Furthermore, the Acquirer and the seller confirmed compliance with disclosure requirements under Regulation 29(2) of the SAST Regulations, submitting relevant disclosures. Based on these clarifications, the filing made under Regulation 10(5) was submitted voluntarily and is to be treated as withdrawn and cancelled.
