The Ballygunge Family Trust, a promoter group entity, acquired 14,871 shares through open market transactions.Prior to the acquisition, the trust held 9,42,799 shares, representing a 3.89% stake in Shankara Building Products. Following the purchase, the trust’s total holding increased to 9,57,670 shares, now representing a 3.95% stake in the company.
The total equity share capital of Shankara Building Products is 2,42,49,326 shares, with a total voting capital of Rs. 24,24,93,260.
