Bengaluru, January 9, 2026: Tejas Networks Limited reported its unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025, posting a net loss in the December quarter as operating expenses exceeded revenues despite a sequential improvement in topline.

Q3 FY26 Financial Performance (Standalone)​

For the quarter ended December 31, 2025, Tejas Networks reported revenue from operations of ₹305.72 crore, compared with ₹261.37 crore in the preceding September 2025 quarter. Total income stood at ₹313.30 crore, up from ₹267.38 crore quarter-on-quarter.
However, total expenses for the quarter rose sharply to ₹616.50 crore, leading to a loss before tax of ₹303.20 crore. After accounting for deferred tax benefits, the company reported a net loss of ₹196.89 crore for the quarter.

For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, Tejas Networks posted revenue from operations of ₹769.02 crore, a sharp decline from ₹7,014.22 crore recorded in the corresponding period last year. Total income during the period stood at ₹792.16 crore.
Total expenses for the nine-month period amounted to ₹1,865.77 crore, resulting in a loss before tax of ₹1,073.61 crore. The company reported a net loss of ₹697.97 crore for the nine months ended December 2025, compared with a net profit of ₹512.67 crore in the same period last year.

Cost Structure and Expense Trends​

Employee benefit expenses for Q3 FY26 stood at ₹111.14 crore, higher than ₹91.09 crore in the previous quarter. Finance costs declined sequentially to ₹71.65 crore from ₹84.26 crore, while depreciation and amortization expense remained elevated at ₹104.45 crore.
Other expenses during the quarter were reported at ₹152.02 crore, reflecting continued operational spending amid lower revenue visibility compared with the prior year period.
