Tech Mahindra Servicos De Informatica S.A, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tech Mahindra Limited, has completed the acquisition of Alyis Serviços Técnicos LTDA, establishing a key strategic move within Latin American operations. The transaction was finalized on 1 July 2026 and involves a Quota Purchase Agreement signed with Orange Business Services Brasil LTDA ('Orange').

Following the completion of the acquisition, Alyis Serviços Técnicos LTDA will become a wholly-owned stepdown subsidiary of Tech Mahindra Limited. This move solidifies the company's presence in the IT services market within the Latin American region.

The acquisition is part of a partnership between Tech Mahindra and Orange Business, which encompasses outsourcing several international operations, including global customer support, quote to bill processes, and post sale support. Given that Alyis Serviços Técnicos LTDA operates in Brazil supporting the LATAM region, this transaction enables Tech Mahindra to provide seamless specialized support to Orange Business customers.

Alyis Serviços is engaged in providing various IT services to the telecommunications sector. These services include training and consulting, software development and licensing support, digital transformation, and enterprise network services. As a newly incorporated entity, its turnover was reported as Nil.

TECHM Stock Price Movement​

Tech Mahindra Limited shares slipped by 3.18% on Wednesday, closing at ₹1362.20 after shedding ₹44.70 from its previous close. The stock traded with a volume of 3.79 million shares and tested lows around ₹1355.6 during the session.
