The Segment information for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, showed a Total Segment Revenue of 12,827.80 lakhs. The segment profit before tax stood at 1,202.61 lakhs. Strategic Transactions and Financial Notes​

A notable operational development involves Pepperfry Limited, a material subsidiary, which raised Rs 1.561.26 lakh. This amount was generated through the allotment of 3,99,299 equity shares on a preferential basis at an issue price of Rs 391 per share, comprising a face value of Rs 10 and a securities premium of Rs 381.

Furthermore, regarding Pepcart Logistics Private Limited, which is wholly owned by the Company, management reassessed the recoverability of deferred tax assets based on revised business plans and expected operational improvements. Consequently, the Company recognized deferred tax assets and corresponding deferred tax income amounting to Rs 443.45 lakhs in respect of carried forward losses.
